The GenR8 Change and SEA Change Portland initiatives were announced as the winner of the Supporting Healthy Population Category at the Victorian Public Healthcare Awards held in Melbourne last night.
The award recognises innovation, excellence and quality where health services work with partners to drive a stronger focus on prevention to improve the health of the community.
