Claire has been a highly valued staff member with SGGPCP for the past 4 ½ years. During that time Claire has made significant contribution with her work on Enhancing Care Coordination and Local Voices Shaping Local Services as well as many other projects. She will be greatly missed by PCP team and partners. We wish her all the best with her position as Speech Pathologist with Western District Health Service.
