Over 40 participants from across the Great South Coast were very privileged to have Peter Kenyon from the Bank of IDEAS share his knowledge and experience at a professional development session in Portland. Peter’s insights delivered many golden nuggets but starts with the motto – looking at:
“What’s strong with the place not what’s wrong with the place”
He highlighted shifting our mindset from looking at needs and deficiencies to assets and capabilities and connecting and celebrating the diverse range of assets.
