Fixed Term Part Time, up to 48 hrs per fortnight

We need an energetic team player with proven relationship building skills for a dynamic role working to GenR8 Change. This role will work with the community to assist in making changes to make the healthy choice the easy choice.

GenR8 Change has been initiated by Southern Grampians Glenelg Primary Care Partnership, together with Western District Health Service, the Council and Deakin University and is an innovative and leading edge approach to support the Southern Grampians community to make changes, so that the healthy choice is the easy choice.

There may be an opportunity to combine the role with research opportunities for GenR8 Change.
